Responsibilities
Manage construction site operations to ensure smooth workflow and timely project completion
Proactively identify and resolve site issues to prevent delays and disruptions
Supervise workers and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment
Maintain accurate project documentation and use systems like Gantt charts to track progress
Collaborate with procurement teams to minimize delays in delivery and usage of materials
Control project scope to prevent scope creep and ensure adherence to agreed plans
Translate technical and complex project information into clear, concise reports for non-technical stakeholders
