Job Summary
Perform accounting and administrative duties in a fast-paced SME freight forwarding environment, ensuring accurate financial reporting and efficient HR support.
Responsibilities
Manage full sets of accounting records to maintain accurate financial data
Process and report accounts receivable for customers and vendors to ensure timely collections and payments
Update exchange rates every Monday morning to maintain accurate currency conversion for financial transactions
Track and update staff movement weekly to support HR and operational needs
Support HR functions to maintain employee records and assist with administrative tasks
Operate effectively within a fast-paced SME freight forwarding environment to meet business demands
