Job Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language assessments to identify clients’ communication, speech and language needs.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on each client’s needs and goals.
• Provide therapy to improve speech, language, communication, articulation, fluency and social communication skills.
• Support clients with feeding and swallowing difficulties where appropriate and within professional scope.
• Monitor clients’ progress and conduct regular reassessments to evaluate therapy outcomes.
• Maintain accurate clinical records, therapy notes and progress reports.
• Provide guidance and home-based activities to parents/caregivers to support continued development.
• Collaborate with Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, doctors, teachers and other healthcare professionals as required.
• Ensure therapy sessions are conducted safely, professionally and in accordance with relevant SOPs and professional standards.
