As a Club Manager, you are the driving force behind your club’s success — leading operations, inspiring your team, and delivering an exceptional member experience every day. This hands-on leadership role focuses on sales growth, member engagement, and operational excellence.

You’ll take full ownership of your club’s performance — ensuring it runs smoothly, meets revenue targets, and consistently represents the Anytime Fitness brand and culture.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Revenue

• Lead new membership sales to meet and exceed monthly targets.
• Build strong relationships with members to encourage referrals and long-term loyalty.
• Conduct local outreach and community engagement to generate quality leads.
• Develop partnerships with corporate clients and local businesses.
• Track sales performance, analyze conversion rates, and refine sales strategies.
• Represent the Anytime Fitness business model consistently across all sales channels.

Personal Training Services

• Ensure personal training revenue goals are achieved through effective promotion and scheduling.
• Introduce PT services during membership consultations to maximize conversions.
• Support trainer development, certification, and performance.
• Collaborate with the PT Manager to create engaging, results-driven programs.
• Continuously improve PT offerings to enhance member experience and retention.

Member Experience

• Deliver a welcoming, personable, and results-oriented club atmosphere.
• Maintain high member satisfaction and retention through genuine engagement.
• Address member feedback and resolve issues quickly and professionally.
• Ensure smooth onboarding for all new members with consistent follow-up.
• Implement creative retention and engagement programs to build community.

Facility & Team Management

• Recruit, coach, and lead a high-performing, motivated team.
• Oversee daily club operations, ensuring smooth execution and administrative accuracy.
• Maintain facility cleanliness, equipment functionality, and safety compliance.
• Prepare regular reports and performance updates for management.
• Uphold Anytime Fitness brand standards, values, and culture in every aspect of operations.

Safety Compliance

• Adhere to all health and safety procedures.
• Use appropriate safety equipment and report incidents promptly.
• Identify and address potential hazards immediately.
• Participate actively in safety training and audits.

Job Type: Full-Time Salary: RM5,000 – RM7,000 per monthBenefits + Up to 4000 RM Commission

Experience
