The Logistics Technician supports daily logistics operations. This is a hands‑on role involving receiving of inbound shipment, picking, packing and arranging outbound shipment, warehouse storage and material transfer to production. The job requires frequent use of SAP and Microsoft Office to record and track material movements accurately.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials; perform Goods Receipt (GR) and related SAP transactions
Pick, pack, and prepare goods for shipment; complete SAP delivery and Goods Issue (GI) transactions
Move pallets and materials safely using pallet jacks, trolleys, or MHE
Transfer materials to production lines (shopfloor)and perform material transfer postings in SAP
Support shopfloor replenishment through Kanban or scheduled requests
Conduct inventory checks, cycle counts, and stock reconciliations
Use SAP and Excel to update stock movements, queries, and simple reports
Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and adherence to storage requirements
Follow safety rules, GMP requirements, and proper handling procedures
Report material shortages, damages, discrepancies, or system issues to Supervisor timely
REQUIREMENTS
N/O‑Level or ITE/NTC holders welcome
Physically fit and comfortable with manual work(lifting, pushing, pulling)
Basic computer skills, willing and able to learn SAP and Excel
Able to follow instructions and work in a team
Responsible, punctual, safety‑minded and good team player
Experience in logistics/warehouse or manufacturing is an advantage but not compulsory
Ability to support simple problem-solving and continuous improvement tasks (5S, waste reduction)
Ability to communicate effectively with Production, Quality and Procurement teams
