About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their enquiries, providing accurate information, and ensuring their needs are addressed professionally and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide accurate and knowledgeable responses to enquiries related to products, pricing, and availability.
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer enquiries and meet customer needs.
• Perform accurate data entry and update customer information across various platforms.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service and professionalism.
• Follow company procedures and service guidelines.

Requirements

• Open to fresh graduates; relevant customer service experience is an advantage.
• Fluent in Mandarin (C1 level).
• Basic English (B1 level).
• Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Good telephone etiquette and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Johor.
• Willing to work according to the assigned working schedule, including rotational shifts where required.
