Job Requirements
- Lead and oversee the full Finance & Accounting function at group level, ensuring strong financial governance, controls, compliance, and reporting across multiple business units.
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, treasury, tax, cash-flow management, and financial performance monitoring to support sustainable business operations.
- Strengthen FP&A and strategic financial planning, providing management with actionable insights and recommendations to support key business decisions.
- Act as a strategic business partner to senior management, supporting business strategy, corporate finance, investment evaluation, and future growth initiatives, including potential M&A opportunities.
- Lead, develop, and strengthen the group finance organization, driving cross-business alignment, process improvement, financial discipline, and capability development.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a CFO, Finance Director, or senior finance leader, with strong exposure to managing finance at group or holding-company level.
- Solid experience overseeing multiple business units or legal entities, with comprehensive knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, treasury, tax, and financial controls.
- Strong combination of operational and strategic finance capabilities, including financial planning, FP&A, corporate finance, and business partnering.
- Experience in manufacturing or diversified businesses is preferred; exposure to both Indonesian/local companies and multinational environments would be advantageous.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and adaptability, with the ability to operate effectively in an entrepreneurial and owner-led business environment.
