• Location: Tan Boon Liat Building (5 mins from Havelock MRT exit 1)
• Hours: 1.30 to 8pm, Tues to Sun
• Trial Period: 3-4 weeks
• Commitment: Minimum 3 months

Job Summary

Join Newtro’s TCG team to assist customers, manage orders, and support trading card game events in a internship role with training provided, and potential to be promoted to staff.

No prior TCG experience required.

All tasks in this role are based on existing processes and clear instructions, and you’ll always be able to check in if you’re unsure.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in customers at the counter
• Pack orders
• Carry and sort products to maintain stock readiness
• Enter card details to maintain accurate records
• Check market pricing of single cards
• Count and tally display items against inventory
• Create and film social media content
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Perform pre-grading of cards (training provided)
• Accept grading submissions and process them according to guidelines
• Organize and facilitate TCG tournaments to engage the community and promote events
• Support live streaming activities and manage live streaming administration tasks (TBC)

Your actual scope will be assessed and determined after the trial period.

Required competencies

• Experience and knowledge in TCG is beneficial but not required - training will be provided.
• Fluent in English
• Friendly and warm disposition
• Responsible and reliable character
• Able to work in Singapore without needing work-pass

Pay: $800.00 - $1,000.00 per month
