Job Description

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
• Monitor financial performance, costs and profitability.
• Oversee accounting, month-end closing and financial reporting.
• Manage cash flow and working capital.
• Ensure compliance, internal controls and audit requirements.
• Provide financial analysis and advice to Management.
• Support business decisions, investments and strategic planning.
• Lead and develop the Finance team.
• Improve finance processes, systems and efficiency.
• Handle other finance-related duties as required.
