Sales Manager – Luxury Leather Restoration

Honest Crafters is looking for an experienced Sales Manager with relevant knowledge of luxury goods, leather products or leather restoration.

IMPORTANT – Please apply only if you have relevant experience or knowledge in at least ONE of these areas:

• Luxury bags, shoes, wallets or other branded goods

• Leather products, leather care or leather craftsmanship

• Leather repair, restoration, cleaning or colour restoration

• Luxury retail, after-sales service or premium product servicing

Candidates with only general sales experience and no relevant product/industry knowledge may not be suitable for this position.

What You Will Do

• Lead and develop our B2C and B2B sales

• Manage and coach the sales team to achieve monthly targets

• Handle and close higher-value customer enquiries

• Develop corporate accounts and partnerships

• Train the team on consultative selling, pricing and product knowledge

• Work closely with our restoration and operations teams

• Build long-term relationships with luxury retail, automotive, hospitality and corporate clients

What We Are Looking For

• Strong sales and closing ability

• Leadership or sales management experience

• Good understanding of luxury goods and/or leather products

• Able to understand restoration services and explain their value to customers

• Commercially driven and accountable for sales results

• Strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills

• Hands-on — willing to sell, not just manage

Relevant industry knowledge is important. We are not looking for a purely administrative sales manager.
