Product Technician

Location: Tampoi, Johor Bahru, Johor
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM2,200 – RM2,500 per month

Job Description

We are seeking a Product Technician to support engineering and manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for technical troubleshooting, product debugging, engineering support, and maintaining manufacturing-related documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Support new project start-up and engineering change implementation.
• Assist in manufacturing process and material studies.
• Perform troubleshooting and debugging of product and production-related issues.
• Support engineering investigations and corrective actions.
• Prepare and maintain manufacturing documentation, including BOM, work instructions, process flowcharts, specifications, and drawings.
• Support process and tool validation activities.
• Assist with production requirements including testing, tools, jigs, fixtures, equipment, and yield.
• Work closely with Engineering, Production, and Quality teams to resolve technical issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

Requirements

• Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• PCBA debugging experience is highly preferred.
• Fresh graduates with an Electronics-related qualification are welcome to apply.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work in Tampoi, Johor Bahru.

Salary

• Fresh graduates: RM2,200 per month
• Experienced candidates: Up to RM2,500 per month, negotiable based on relevant experience.
