Role Description The 3D Event Visualiser is a full-time, on-site role based in Damansara. This position is responsible for creating detailed 3D visualizations and renderings of event concepts, including stage designs, booths, experiential zones, and overall venue layouts. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with event planners and creative teams to translate briefs into visually compelling designs, developing mood boards and concept sketches, and refining visuals based on client and internal feedback.

Qualifications

• Strong visualization skills, including the ability to translate event concepts into clear 3D layouts and renderings.
• Proficiency in graphics and graphic design tools to produce presentation-ready visuals and supporting materials.
• Understanding of lighting principles for events, with the ability to visualize and represent lighting setups within 3D environments.
• Experience with 3D design and rendering software (e.g., 3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender, or similar) and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail, strong aesthetic sense, and an understanding of event production and spatial design.
• Diploma or degree in Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, Architecture, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience in event design, exhibition design, or related creative industries is an advantage.
