Position Overview:-

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive to drive growth and secure new corporate accounts across the Northern Region (Penang, Kedah, and Perak). In this role, you will actively promote and sell Nissin’s core business services, including comprehensive Logistics, Forwarding, and Warehousing solutions.

Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years of proven B2B corporate sales experience and an established network, with a documented track record of successfully servicing high-value manufacturing sectors such as Semiconductor, E&E, Chemicals, Medical Devices, or Advanced Manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Identify and secure new business opportunities in Penang, Kedah, and Perak through market research, outbound prospecting, and networking.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing accounts to ensure high customer retention and continuous business.
• Handle daily inquiries, prepare quotations, conduct face-to-face client visits, and monitor monthly aging/payment reports.
• Understand client supply chain needs, pitch relevant logistics services, and coordinate internally to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Resolve customer complaints effectively, prepare countermeasure reports for issues, and develop contingency plans to prevent delivery disruptions.
• Prepare operational reports for management and ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, safety standards, and government regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Degree/Diploma + 5 years of relevant sales experience, OR
• SPM + 7 years of relevant sales experience.
• Understanding of the logistics industry (warehousing, transportation, and freight).
• Excellent networking capabilities, strong communication skills (English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage), and a proactive problem-solving mindset.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,300.00 - RM3,900.00 per month
