Work Location:
- Site-based role in Macau
- Supervise major site activities including excavation, foundation works, concreting, and structural erection
- Ensure construction works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and method statements
- Review method statements, temporary works proposals, and contractor technical submissions
- Inspect reinforcement works, formwork, and pre-concreting conditions prior to casting
- Witness site tests including concrete cube tests, piling tests, and load tests
- Identify discrepancies between design and site conditions and coordinate resolution
- Monitor settlement, instrumentation readings, and geotechnical performance
- Lead defect inspections, snagging, and handover processes
- Provide technical input on construction issues, variations, and claims
- Maintain comprehensive site records, progress reports, and change documentation
- Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 15 years’ relevant experience
- Strong background in structural, foundation, and site supervision
- Experience in Macau projects is an advantage
- Strong hands-on site supervision experience
- Willing to be stationed in Macau for the duration of the project
