Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination & Delivery
- Coordinate and manage software development projects from initiation through deployment and post-release support.
- Monitor project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure successful execution.
- Track project progress and proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and delays.
- Facilitate communication between internal stakeholders, software vendors, and management teams.
- Ensure project documentation is maintained and updated throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support project planning, scheduling, resource coordination, and status reporting.
Requirements Gathering & Business Analysis
- Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements and user needs.
- Support the preparation of functional specifications, process flows, and project documentation.
- Assist in evaluating change requests and documenting business impacts.
Vendor Management
- Act as the primary liaison between the company and software vendors.
- Coordinate regular project meetings and follow up on action items.
- Monitor vendor performance, deliverables, timelines, and issue resolution.
- Escalate project risks, delays, and critical issues when necessary.
- Ensure vendors adhere to agreed requirements, quality standards, and project schedules.
Testing & Quality Assurance
- Prepare User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans and test cases.
- Support business users during testing activities.
- Record, track, and verify defects identified during testing.
- Perform basic validation checks to ensure project requirements are met before release.
- Assist in release verification and post-deployment monitoring.
Issue & Change Management
- Track, prioritize, and manage system issues, defects, enhancement requests, and change requests.
- Coordinate investigation efforts and identify responsible parties for issue resolution.
- Ensure timely communication of issue status and resolution progress.
- Maintain issue logs and change request documentation.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Business Information Systems, or related disciplines.
Experience
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- 1-2 years of experience in project coordination, business analysis, software support, or related roles will be an added advantage.
- Exposure to software development projects, web applications, or CRM systems is preferred.
Technical Knowledge
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies is an advantage.
- Understanding of web applications, databases, APIs, and system integrations is beneficial.
- Ability to prepare documentation, test cases, and process flows.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
