Job Description

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

1. HRD Corp Management

  • Manage the company's HRD Corp registration, account, levy, and employer-related matters.
  • Coordinate the identification and planning of training programs eligible for HRD Corp funding.
  • Manage the end-to-end HRD Corp training grant application and claim process.
  • Liaise with HRD Corp, training providers, and internal stakeholders on grant applications, approvals, documentation, and claims.
  • Ensure training applications and claims are submitted accurately and within the required timelines.
  • Maintain proper records of training applications, approvals, attendance, invoices, claims, and supporting documents.
  • Monitor the company's HRD Corp levy balance and utilization.
  • Prepare regular reports on HRD Corp levy utilization, training expenditure, and outstanding claims.
  • Ensure compliance with current HRD Corp requirements and procedures.

2. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer coordination.
  • Coordinate interviews.
  • Prepare employment offers and onboarding documentation.

3. Foreign Workers

· Manage foreign worker quota & application.

  • Handle visa, VDR, PLKS and permit renewal.
  • Liaise with government agencies and recruitment agents.
  • Monitor documentation, expiry dates and compliance.
  • Maintain foreign worker records.

4. Employee Administration

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Manage onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and employee offboarding.
  • Prepare HR letters, memos, and employment-related documentation.
  • Monitor attendance, leave, and employee records.

5. Training & Development

  • Identify training needs in consultation with department heads.
  • Coordinate internal and external training programs.
  • Track employee training attendance, expenditure, and training records.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and maintain appropriate documentation.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of relevant HR experience preferred.
  • Practical experience managing HRD Corp grants, claims, and training administration will be an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of Malaysian HR practices and employment requirements.
  • Experience with HRIS and payroll systems is an added advantage.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
