Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Conduct routine inspections of the building, facilities, and equipment.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
Repair minor defects involving doors, locks, walls, ceilings, fixtures, and fittings.
Identify building defects and report major issues for further action.
Carry out basic electrical inspections and minor repairs.
Check lighting, switches, sockets, distribution boards, and other electrical equipment.
Replace lamps, ballasts, and other approved electrical components.
Report electrical faults requiring a licensed electrician.
Maintain service records and checklists.
Coordinate with contractors for specialized maintenance.
Attend to maintenance complaints and equipment breakdowns.
Troubleshoot faults and restore basic services where possible.
Requirements:
Minimum NTC in Electrical Engineering or its equivalent
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Building Maintenance
Experience in performing simple jobs and perform basic electrical hands-on works
Able to interpret electrical diagrams
Able to work independently and with a good working attitude
