WE ARE HIRING | ASSISTANT SALES MANAGER

- Basic Salary: RM4,000 – RM6,000

- Attractive Sales Commission + Performance Incentive

We are looking for an energetic, independent and result-oriented Assistant Sales Manager to join our growing team.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Develop new business opportunities

* Identify and approach factories & industrial customers

* Build and maintain customer relationships

* Follow up RFQs, quotations, tenders & sales opportunities

* Conduct customer visits and presentations

* Understand customer requirements and coordinate with our engineering team

* Follow up quotations and convert opportunities into orders

* Monitor sales pipeline and sales performance

* Assist in managing and supporting the sales team

* Explore new products, brands and market opportunities

We’re Looking For Someone Who

Has experience in Industrial / Automation / Engineering / Machinery Sales

Has strong communication & negotiation skills

Is proactive and not afraid of meeting new customers

Has good follow-up and closing ability

Can work independently and take ownership

Is target-driven and commercially minded

Able to communicate in English & Mandarin

Possesses own transport and is willing to travel
