a Cook / Tukang Masak is responsible for ensuring that the iconic Nasi Lemak Kukus, signature sambals, and side dishes maintain consistent premium quality.

Job Description: Cook (Nasi Lemak Kukus)

Key Responsibilities

• Food Preparation: Prep daily ingredients, cut meat/chicken, marinate proteins, and execute the traditional steaming process (kukus) for the nasi lemak according to strict brand SOPs.
• Line Cooking: Cook signature sambals, side dishes (such as Ayam Goreng Berempah, rendang, and sambal squid), and gravies to achieve consistent taste and appearance profiles.
• Kitchen Hygiene & Food Safety: Maintain the highest level of cleanliness across kitchen workstations, cooking equipment, and cold rooms in compliance with food safety regulations.
• Inventory Control: Monitor raw material levels in the kitchen, rotate stock using the FIFO (First-In, First-Out) method, and alert the Outlet Manager when supplies run low.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
