Roles & Responsibilities:

• Define and manage the product roadmap for CRM, resident platform, and internal workflow tools.
• Lead integration planning and delivery for APIs connecting CRM with accounting/finance systems, leasing systems, and property management systems
• Own product backlog prioritization, sprint planning support, testing coordination, and release readiness with technology partners
• Manage external vendors, app developers, UX/UI designers, and system integrators to ensure timely and quality delivery
• Oversee resident app features such as onboarding, announcements, event/community functions, chat or messaging, service requests, notices, surveys, and engagement tools
• Drive improvements in user experience, adoption, retention, and resident satisfaction through data-driven iteration
• Establish reporting and dashboard requirements to support management visibility on leasing, occupancy, resident engagement, and operational performance
• Ensure data governance, access control, system reliability, and proper documentation across all digital tools and integrations
• Support change management, internal training, and adoption across business units

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience in digital product management, product ownership, CRM systems, data analytics and systems implementation
• Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Digital Product, Engineering, or related discipline
• Experience managing API-based integrations and working with external software vendors or development teams
• Experience with residential, hospitality, co-living, serviced apartment, or property-related operations is highly preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with attentive, confident and professional personality
• Solid organizational skills, superior attention to detail and strong multitasking abilities which enable the completion and juggling of many tasks and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to think outside the box and find effective solutions
• Adept at investigating problems and fixing them in the most efficient way possible
• Knowledgeable in Power BI or equivalent, SQL, relational databases, plus one or more programming languages. Any prior experience with Microsoft ERP an advantage
• Innovative, self-motivated and passionate individual with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in client-side project management for residential or hospitality assets
• Exposure to co-living, serviced apartments, or rental residential repositioning
• Commercial mindset with sensitivity to tenant experience, brand standards, and operational readiness
• Hands-on, organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
