Responsibilities
We are located within Harbour City in the heart of the commercial, shopping and entertainment district, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon. We invite applications for the following position:
Responsibilities:
Supervise the overall activities at the Concierge
Handle all guest inquiries and provide assistance whenever possible
Keep proper records of all luggage that go in and out of the hotel, ensure that the baggage area delivered without any fault
Direct involvement of daily operations of the subordinates
Handle guest messages, faxes, mail and packages according to established procedures to ensure proper delivery and dissemination to guests
Requirements:
Outgoing, attentive and service-oriented
Secondary School education with vocational training on hotel industry is preferred
Minimum 2 years of Front Desk experience
