Job Summary

Support site construction teams by managing documentation, coordinating with stakeholders, supervising site labor, and resolving operational and technical challenges to ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality project execution.

Responsibilities

Maintain project documentation, including contracts, permits, and reports, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements

Assist in preparing and monitoring budgets to support financial oversight

Process invoices and manage accounts payable and receivable accurately

Supervise administrative staff and deliver training to enhance team performance

Facilitate meetings by preparing agendas and recording minutes to support effective communication

Identify and resolve administrative issues to improve operational efficiency

Support project managers in addressing and solving operational challenges on-site

Assist the site construction team to ensure smooth execution of work and adherence to project schedules

Plan proactively to resolve site problems before they impact cost, schedule, or quality

Manage correspondence and documentation with clients, their representatives, and contractors to maintain clear communication

Oversee day-to-day site management, including supervising and monitoring site labor and subcontractors’ work

Liaise effectively with authorities, client representatives, subcontractors, and consultants to coordinate project activities

Verify that all plans and work comply with specifications and quality standards

Troubleshoot and resolve technical difficulties and problems arising on-site promptly

Coordinate work activities between contractors and subcontractors to ensure seamless operations
