Requirements:

• HD/BEng or above in Electrical / Electronic / Building Service Engineering

• Preferably relevant E&M working experience.

• Good communications and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in PC application & technical drafting skill (MS Office and AutoCAD).

• Applicants with more experience will be considered for the position of Senior Service Engineer.

• Immediate available candidates and fresh graduates are welcome.

• Registered Electrical Worker (Grade A0 or above) will be an advantage.

Service Engineer Responsibilities:

• Lead the service team work progress to ensure quality of services delivered to clients

• Develop maintenance plans, and provide technical support and solutions to end users

• Perform testing and troubleshooting of equipment and carry out on-site rectification of identified issues

• Conduct follow-up investigation, resolve problems and optimize equipment / device performance in case of abnormalities

• Attend emergency call out service if necessary

Assistant Engineer Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for on-site engineering work, maintenance, and emergency repair of server room UPS system, CRAC equipment and infrastructure monitoring systems

• Carry out the tasks assigned by the supervisor, including inspection, maintenance, repair.

• Attend emergency call out service
