Duties and Responsibilities

i. Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.

ii. Present menus and provide detailed information about dishes, ingredients, and understanding all the dietary requirements specials.

iii. Take accurate food and beverages orders and input them into the system.

iv. Serve food and drinks promptly according to hotel standards.

v. Handle multiple tables simultaneously while maintaining service quality

vi. Coordinate with kitchen, bar and superior while attending to guest needs at the same time

vii. Monitor guest satisfaction, respond to requests, and report to superior if there’s any complaint/feedback received by guest.

viii. Prepare all (mise en place) and ensure readiness before service.

ix. Clear tables, reset them, and maintain cleanliness of the dining area.

x. Process billing and payment efficiently

xi. Follow hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
