Role overview:-

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Project Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain implementation and transformation projects across the APAC region. The role will manage project delivery, business process improvement, stakeholder engagement, vendor coordination, and operational change.

Responsibilities:-
  • Plan and manage project scope, schedules, resources, quality, risks, and deliverables.
  • Lead multiple complex supply chain projects from initiation through implementation and stabilization.
  • Analyse and reengineer business processes and recommend practical solutions.
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to gather and document business requirements.
  • Manage change implementation while maintaining business continuity.
  • Coordinate remote and regional teams, vendors, and third-party logistics partners.
  • Manage supply chain activities including inbound/outbound logistics, warehousing, inventory, order fulfilment, and last-mile delivery.
  • Govern 3PL performance through SLA, KPI, risk, and issue management.
  • Lead implementation projects such as onboarding new manufacturing partners, distribution centres, or logistics/carrier partners.
  • Identify and resolve complex project issues and provide regular updates to senior stakeholders.
  • Support project reporting, documentation, process improvement, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Skills & Requirements:-
  • 8+ years of relevant project management experience, preferably in supply chain or logistics.
  • Strong experience in project planning, scheduling, risk, quality, and change management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience managing APAC/regional projects and distributed teams.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain, logistics, warehousing, WMS, fulfilment, and 3PL operations.
  • Experience with vendor management and SLA/KPI governance.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement capabilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project tracking/planning tools.
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP is preferred.
  • Understanding of SDLC and technology implementation processes.
  • Experience in consumer electronics, consulting, Lean Six Sigma, or project management certification is an advantage.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with senior stakeholders.
