Role overview:-We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Project Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain implementation and transformation projects across the APAC region. The role will manage project delivery, business process improvement, stakeholder engagement, vendor coordination, and operational change.
Responsibilities:-- Plan and manage project scope, schedules, resources, quality, risks, and deliverables.
- Lead multiple complex supply chain projects from initiation through implementation and stabilization.
- Analyse and reengineer business processes and recommend practical solutions.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to gather and document business requirements.
- Manage change implementation while maintaining business continuity.
- Coordinate remote and regional teams, vendors, and third-party logistics partners.
- Manage supply chain activities including inbound/outbound logistics, warehousing, inventory, order fulfilment, and last-mile delivery.
- Govern 3PL performance through SLA, KPI, risk, and issue management.
- Lead implementation projects such as onboarding new manufacturing partners, distribution centres, or logistics/carrier partners.
- Identify and resolve complex project issues and provide regular updates to senior stakeholders.
- Support project reporting, documentation, process improvement, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Skills & Requirements:-- 8+ years of relevant project management experience, preferably in supply chain or logistics.
- Strong experience in project planning, scheduling, risk, quality, and change management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing APAC/regional projects and distributed teams.
- Strong understanding of supply chain, logistics, warehousing, WMS, fulfilment, and 3PL operations.
- Experience with vendor management and SLA/KPI governance.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement capabilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project tracking/planning tools.
- Working knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP is preferred.
- Understanding of SDLC and technology implementation processes.
- Experience in consumer electronics, consulting, Lean Six Sigma, or project management certification is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with senior stakeholders.
