Job Description

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

IAM Project Delivery & Implementation

  • Support the end-to-end implementation and integration of common IAM solutions like SailPoint, Hashicorp, AKV, and CyberArk platforms,
  • Design, configure, test, and deploy IAM integrations with enterprise applications.
  • Support onboarding of applications, users, roles, entitlements, access matrix and privileged accounts into IAM solutions.
  • Implement and support Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) processes and workflow automation.
  • Configure and support role-based access control (RBAC) and entitlement management.
  • Support user access review and certification campaigns.
  • Assist in the enhancement of IAM standards, procedures, and implementation guides.
  • Work with project managers and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of IAM project milestones.
  • Design, implement, and troubleshoot authentication and authorization integrations between enterprise systems and IAM platforms.
  • Support compliance with Information Security policies and standards and Ensure implementation aligns with industry security best practices.

Requirements

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of Information Security experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of Identity & Access Management experience.
  • Hands-on experience implementing IAM solutions in enterprise environments.
  • Experience working on medium to large-scale IAM transformation projects.
  • Experience with financial services or regulated industries is advantageous.
  • SailPoint implementation and integration experience.
  • CyberArk, Hashicorp, AKV and other Privileged Access Management (PAM)
  • Devops automation and integration
  • Authentication and Single Sign-On implementation experience.
  • User provisioning and deprovisioning workflows.
  • Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
  • Access review and certification processes.
  • Active Directory and Entra ID integration.
  • Identity Governance and Administration (IGA).
  • API-based integrations.
  • IT audit and regulatory compliance.
