Job Purpose
To drive HR transformation initiatives that improve employee experience, HR efficiency, digitalisation and data-driven people management.

Key Responsibilities

• Support HR digitalisation and HR transformation projects.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, automate and standardise HR processes.
• Support implementation and enhancement of HRIS, employee self-service and digital HR solutions.
• Develop HR dashboards, analytics and workforce insights for management decision-making.
• Review existing HR policies, processes and SOPs to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Lead change management and user adoption for new HR systems and processes.
• Work with HR and business teams to identify people-related business challenges and solutions.
• Support workforce planning, talent management and performance management transformation.
• Track project milestones, outcomes, benefits and ROI of HR transformation initiatives.
• Benchmark HR practices and recommend relevant Malaysia/industry best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement and promote a data-driven HR culture.

Requirements

• At least 4-5 years of experience in HR Operations/Manufacturing/Logistics.
• Min Diploma in Business Admin/Human Resource or any related field.
