Job Description: AI Data Center Operations Lead (Malaysia)

Role Overview We are seeking a highly experienced AI Data Center Operations Lead to oversee the operational integrity and performance of our large-scale NVIDIA-based AI infrastructure. This is not a theoretical architecture role; we require a hands-on operator with deep expertise in managing high-density, liquid-cooled AI clusters in production environments. You will be responsible for defining, executing, and improving the runbooks that keep our mission-critical AI workloads online.
Key Responsibilities

• Operational Excellence: Lead 24/7 incident response, resolution, and proactive health monitoring for large-scale NVIDIA AI clusters, including GB200/Blackwell infrastructure.
• Runbook Ownership: Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive operational runbooks, covering:
  • GPU/node failure detection and automated remediation.
  • NVLink / NVSwitch fabric issue identification and resolution.
  • High-density cooling and power incident management.
  • Capacity, performance, and thermal bottleneck analysis.
  • Lifecycle management for firmware, BIOS, and driver stacks.
• Reliability & Resilience: Lead security remediation efforts and oversee Disaster Recovery (DR) protocols, ensuring maximum cluster uptime and data integrity.
• Governance & Escalation: Define clear escalation paths for critical infrastructure issues and serve as the final technical point of contact for high-severity incidents.

Required Qualifications

• 7–15 years of operational experience in data center or HPC environments.
• Proven, hands-on experience supporting and troubleshooting large-scale NVIDIA GPU clusters (e.g., A100, H100, B200/GB200).
• Deep understanding of liquid cooling, high-power density electrical infrastructure, and network fabrics (NVLink /InfiniBand).
• Expertise in firmware/driver lifecycle management in massive-scale environments.
• Strong ability to work in high-pressure, 24/7 operational environments.
