Part-Time Account Operations Intern

We are looking for a reliable, organised Account Operations Intern to support client operations in a small, hands-on creative business.

You will help to:

• Turn Microsoft Teams discussions into clear tasks and follow-up actions

• Maintain client notes, including decisions, changes, and open issues

• Update trackers for client requests, deadlines, and next steps

• Prepare clear weekly summaries of outstanding items and progress

• Follow up internally for updates when needed

• Draft simple client updates for review before sending

• Improve templates and processes so that important details do not fall through the cracks

Requirements:

• Organised, detail-oriented, and reliable

• Comfortable with Microsoft Teams, Word/Google Docs, and spreadsheets

• Clear written English and professional communication

• No prior experience required; training and templates will be provided
