Job Description

• Prepare and follow up on quotations, tenders, and sales orders
• Reply to customers regarding enquiries, product information, pricing, and delivery schedules etc.
• Process purchase orders and ensure accurate order entry into the system
• Liaise with suppliers on product availability and shipment status
• Provide support to the sales team
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales documentation, and inventory information
• Support marketing activities, exhibitions, seminars, and promotional campaigns when required

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biomedical Science, Business, or related field
• 0–3 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or inside sales, preferably in laboratory, medical, or scientific industries
• Training will be provided for those without experience
• Good understanding of laboratory consumables and scientific equipment is an advantage
