Contract Period: 12 months
Working Hours: Mon-Thu: 8.30am-6pm; Fri: 8.30am-5.30pm
Location: West region

️Key Responsibilities

• Build and enhance data pipelines and workflows to ensure accurate and timely data.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support data-driven planning and decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to automate and streamline data processes using digital tools.
• Organise and maintain information, documentation and SOPs to support effective knowledge management.

Requirements

• Degree in Data Analytics, Business, Information Systems or a related discipline, with experience in data management, analytics and visualisation.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with basic proficiency in Excel and R/Python and an eagerness to learn new tools.
• Experience with Power BI / Power Automate is an advantage; interest in organisational or manpower capability and the social service sector is a plus.
