Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably with managerial or leadership responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in full spectrum HR management.
• Strong understanding of Malaysian Employment Act and HR practices.
• Good leadership, communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Able to work independently and manage confidential matters professionally.
• Strong planning, organization and people-management skills.
• Excellent academic achievement with CGPA 3.8 and above preferred.

About this role:

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead and manage the full spectrum of Human Resources functions, ensuring smooth HR operations while continuously improving people, policies, processes, and workplace performance.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, attendance, leave, employee relations, performance management, training and HR administration.
• Develop, implement and improve HR policies, SOPs and internal processes.
• Manage manpower planning, recruitment and talent acquisition according to business requirements.
• Oversee employee performance evaluations, KPI reviews, confirmation, promotion and disciplinary matters.
• Handle employee relations, grievances and workplace issues professionally.
• Ensure payroll, statutory contributions and HR documentation are accurate and completed on time.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian employment laws, company policies and HR best practices.
• Manage employee training, development and succession planning.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR reports for management.
• Support management in workforce planning, organizational development and HR-related decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR efficiency, employee engagement and overall workplace performance.
• Ensure all HR activities and daily operations run smoothly and effectively.
