Job Overview
We are looking for a Machine Learning Specialist to support the development and improvement of data-driven solutions within a technology-focused environment. The role will work closely with engineering, product, and data teams to explore machine learning approaches, develop practical models, and support the implementation of intelligent solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and improve machine learning models for business and technology applications.
• Prepare, clean, and analyse datasets for modelling and experimentation.
• Evaluate model performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Work with engineering and product teams to integrate machine learning solutions into applications and workflows.
• Conduct experiments and compare different modelling approaches.
• Develop data processing and modelling workflows to support ongoing projects.
• Document methodologies, experiments, results, and technical findings.
• Monitor model performance and assist with improvements when required.
• Stay informed about relevant developments in machine learning, data science, and AI technologies.
• Contribute to technical discussions and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Practical experience in machine learning, data analysis, or a related technical area.
• Familiarity with Python and common data or machine learning libraries.
• Understanding of machine learning concepts, model evaluation, and data preparation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
