Responsibilities
Kovan Learning Centre is looking for passionate and committed Math Tutors to join our team.
JOB DETAILS:
Working Days: 1-2 days per week, depending on classes assigned
Working Hours: Flexible, based on class schedules
Pay: $45–$60 per hour, depending on educational qualifications and teaching experience
Location: Kovan Learning Centre, 22 Yio Chu Kang Rd, #02-07 Highland Centre, Singapore 545535
Commitment: Minimum 1-year commitment
Subject: Primary Math, Secondary E-Math & A-Math, Science, English
REQUIREMENTS:
Singaporeans only
University graduates from all relevant majors are welcome to apply
Familiar with the Singapore MOE Mathematics syllabus
Prior tutoring or teaching experience is preferred
Strong command of English with fluent and confident communication skill
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct lessons for primary and/or secondary school students
Plan and deliver engaging lessons based on students' learning needs
Monitor students' progress and provide constructive feedback
Guide students in developing strong concepts and problem-solving skills
Maintain a positive and conducive learning environment
Adaptable and able to adjust teaching approaches according to different students' learning needs
Responsible, patient, and committed to students' learning progress
Able to work independently and manage lessons effectively
