Operation Data Analyst – Courier Company (SN EXPRESS SDN. BHD. X J&T)

• Monitor and analyse daily operation data and shipment performance.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly operational reports.
• Track parcel volume, delivery performance, failed delivery and pending shipments.
• Check and verify data accuracy in the company system.
• Analyse operational data to identify issues, trends and areas for improvement.
• Prepare and maintain Excel/Google Sheets reports and databases.
• Coordinate with operation teams regarding data discrepancies and shipment issues.
• Monitor branch, driver/rider and delivery performance.
• Update management on operational performance and key findings.
• Assist in preparing KPI reports and performance summaries.
• Perform other administrative and data-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to handle large amounts of data.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Experience in courier/logistics operations is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications may be considered.
