EY Logistics Hiring! Full Time Fleet Management Executive in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 5,000 - Ricebowl

• Source and evaluate transport vendors, fleet partners, and other relevant service providers.
• Manage the vendor lifecycle, including onboarding, performance evaluation, contract renewal, and termination.
• Work closely with operations teams to ensure sufficient fleet capacity according to daily operational requirements.
• Support driver manpower planning, and deployment to maintain sufficient driver capacity.
• Monitor driver attendance, productivity, performance, discipline, and compliance with company requirements.
• Build and maintain good working relationships with existing and potential fleet partners.
• Monitor fleet operating costs, maintenance expenses, repair costs, and vehicle downtime.
• Identify opportunities to increase fleet utilization, improve fleet uptime, reduce operating costs, and support revenue growth.
• Travel within Malaysia, including the East Coast region, when required for vendor sourcing, fleet development, operational requirements, and business opportunities.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
