Project & Solution Analyst

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Work Mode: Remote / required onsite for occasional client meetings

Role Overview

Looking for a Project & Solution Analyst to understand business requirements, analyse processes, support solution design, and coordinate with business and technical teams throughout project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Gather and analyse requirements through stakeholder discussions, workshops and process walkthroughs.
Analyse AS-IS / TO-BE processes, workflows, business rules, user journeys, roles, approvals and data requirements.
Prepare BRD/FRD, functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows and decision logs.
Translate business requirements into practical solution designs, workflows, validations, reports, dashboards and system requirements.
Work closely with Product, UX/UI, Solution Architects, Developers, QA and Infrastructure teams.
Support project coordination, scope/change management, risks, issues, dependencies and stakeholder communication.
Define and support SIT/UAT, defect clarification, fix validation and sign-off.
Assist with go-live, user training, documentation and post-launch improvements.
Support solution proposals, demos and new digital/project initiatives.

Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
