Responsibilities
What will you be doing?
Finance Support
Prepare invoices and assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain accurate financial records.
Process staff claims and support month-end closing activities.
Provide general support for daily accounting tasks.
Administrative & HR Support
Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, interview scheduling and candidate communication.
Attend to and disseminate incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, social media, and email inquiries
Prepare and generate quotations, contracts and sales documents.
Generate mid and month end reports.
Assist with office management duties.
Handle general administrative duties and other tasks as assigned.
You’re a Great Fit If You…
Completed a Diploma or higher qualification in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
Have 1–2 years of relevant experience in finance, HR or administration.
Are proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Are organised, meticulous, able to multitask and comfortable working with numbers.
Have good communication and interpersonal skills.
Are able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Are positive, proactive and willing to learn.
