Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve , CentOS, Red Hat Linux and Windows Server-related issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues of hardware servers, SAN storage, virtual machines, and other infrastructure services.
  • Created/updated Change Request (CR) documents.
  • Execute data patches and retrieve requested data for both UAT and Production environments.
  • Use AWS for data file transfer.
  • Update technical documentation regularly to reflect changes and improvements.
  • Manage VMware environments, including patching, updates, and root password recovery.
  • Install and configure CentOS Linux OS in hardware hypervisor hosts and virtual machines.
