We're Hiring: Lead System Engineer – WINTEL / RHEL!

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Lead System Engineer with expertise in WINTEL and RHEL to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing critical infrastructure systems to ensure high availability and performance across our organization.

What You'll Do:
️ Administer and maintain Windows (WINTEL) and Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) servers
Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely resolutions
Implement system upgrades, patches, and security enhancements
Monitor system performance and ensure optimal operations
Enforce best practices for security, backup, and disaster recovery
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects

What We're Looking For:
Minimum 2 years of experience in WINTEL/RHEL administration
Strong problem-solving skills with hands-on technical expertise
Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware)
Experience with automation tools is a plus
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
