Job Summary

You will perform preventive maintenance, lead network-related project implementations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and resolve technical issues, ensuring seamless ICT operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on ICT systems and update documentation regularly to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Implement network-related projects including technology refresh and WiFi setup to enhance infrastructure performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand support requirements and deliver timely technical solutions
• Conduct ad-hoc root-cause analysis to identify and resolve network and system issues efficiently

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Knowledge of Cisco and Alcatel network technologies
• CCNA certification or higher
• Class 3 driving license
