Job Scope: To attend live chat pertaining customer inquiries about Astro product & services. 4 live chat co- currently

Working Location: Bukit Jalil

Working Hours: This is a rotational shift role with a 5-day workweek (2 scheduled days off per week), including weekends:

Shift 1: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Shift 2: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Salary Package:

• 1. Basic range up to RM2800 * Terms and conditions applies
• 2. ⁠Training period is 1 Month and will be paid RM1800 with completion allowance
• 3. Upon completion and successfully passed the training, you will get a salary adjustment of RM2000.00 (probation period only)
• 4. Probationary period is minimum 5 months including training

Besides basic pay, you are entitled for

• 1. Training Completion Allowance RM200 upon completion of your training,
• 2. RNR (Rewards and recognition allowance of up to RM200.00) – based on your KPI performance

After the probationary period, we will reward you with:

• One time off Confirmation bonus of RM3, 500
• and salary incremental minimum RM2000 and max RM2800 upon completion of probation period (can be discussed during interview session)
