Ichor Systems, Inc. Hiring! Full Time Master Scheduler (Planner) in Selangor - Ricebowl

We are looking for a Global Master Scheduler (Planner) to join our team in Malaysia and support the development and execution of a feasible, capacity-constrained supply plan across Ichor’s global manufacturing network. In this role, you will balance demand, capacity, and material constraints, optimize production priorities, and partner with global and site teams to ensure plans are executable. Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain capacity- and material-constrained supply plans across multiple manufacturing sites and product families
• Prioritize production orders based on capacity, material availability, customer demand, revenue, and business priorities
• Evaluate what-if scenarios and alternative production options to optimize capacity utilization and customer delivery
• Identify supply and capacity gaps, recommend solutions, and escalate critical constraints with clear, data-driven recommendations
• Partner with site planners, operations, procurement, engineering, sales, and finance to ensure global plans are aligned and executable
• Maintain key planning data and parameters in ERP/APS systems, including capacity, work centers, calendars, safety stock, and planning rules
• Improve planning processes by replacing manual, Excel-based activities with centralized dashboards, reporting, and data-driven solutions
• Monitor planning performance, work order status, and exceptions, ensuring timely resolution of issues across sites
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen planning accuracy, visibility, and supply chain performance

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain planning, master scheduling, or supply planning within a manufacturing environment
• Experience in capacity-constrained or finite supply planning, preferably across multiple manufacturing sites
• Proficiency in ERP/APS systems such as SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and scenario modelling skills
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and global teams
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex planning information into clear business decisions
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-driven manufacturing environment
