Customer Support
Assist in handling customer enquiries via phone, email, or in person in a professional and courteous manner.
Provide accurate information regarding company products, services, or procedures.
Complaint Handling
Receive and record customer complaints or feedback.
Assist in resolving issues promptly and escalate complex matters to the Customer Relation Officer or management when necessary.
Customer Records Management
Maintain and update customer information, records, and databases accurately.
Ensure proper documentation of customer interactions.
Administrative Support
Assist in preparing reports, correspondence, and other administrative documents related to customer service activities.
Support daily office operations related to customer relations.
Follow-Up and Coordination
Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, requests, or complaints to ensure satisfactory resolution.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are addressed efficiently.
Customer Satisfaction
Support initiatives to improve customer service standards and enhance customer satisfaction.
Maintain positive relationships with customers through professional communication.
General Duties
Perform other duties as assigned by the Customer Relation Officer or Management from time to time.
