Based location : Taman Johor Jaya, Johor Bahru.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and manage local & international suppliers/OEMs.
• Prepare RFQs, quotations, cost estimates and bid evaluations.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, payment terms and delivery schedules.
• Monitor supplier performance, manufacturing progress and delivery.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Project and suppliers to ensure timely procurement.
• Ensure materials and suppliers meet project and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience in procurement/sourcing, preferably in electrical, power, infrastructure or M&E projects.
• Experience with HV/EHV equipment, transformers, switchgear or power cables is an added advantage.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of Malaysian suppliers and vendors.
• Proficient in ERP/procurement systems.
• Willing to travel frequently between Malaysia & Singapore.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
