Operation Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily business operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments.
• Lead and manage the Operations, Warehouse, Logistics, and Purchasing teams.
• Coordinate with the Sales team and other departments to ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Manage inventory, fleet scheduling, and logistics planning.
• Prepare operational reports and recommend continuous process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Operations Management.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and team management abilities.
• Experience in logistics, warehousing, or FMCG is an added advantage.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
