Key Responsibilities

• Prepare sheet metal parts for the coating process by cleaning, wiping, and removing dust, oil, and other surface contaminants.
• Apply coating to sheet metal parts using spray cans according to work instructions and specifications.
• Follow the specified coating process and application requirements.
• Perform touch-up and rework when required to meet quality standards.
• Carry out self-inspection during production and ensure products meet quality specifications.
• Handle coating materials and spray cans safely and properly.
• Maintain cleanliness and good housekeeping (5S) at the workstation.
• Follow all safety regulations and wear the required PPE.
• Report quality issues, material problems, or abnormalities to the Supervisor.
• Assist with material preparation and other production activities when required.
• Meet daily production targets and maintain good work efficiency.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in spray coating or a similar manufacturing process.
• Candidates with experience in sheet metal, metal fabrication, manufacturing, or production operations will have an added advantage.
• Good attention to detail and able to identify basic coating defects.
• Able to understand and follow basic work instructions and SOPs.
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
• Willing to work overtime and shift work when required.
• Good attendance, discipline, and ability to work well in a team.
• Positive attitude, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Good communication skills in English and/or Mandarin are required.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
