Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Middle Office Analyst located in Singapore. The Middle Office Analyst will assist with investor onboarding, fund operations support, service provider coordination, issue management & escalation and ad-hoc operational support. The role involves ensuring compliance with fund policy and standards, and collaborating with team members to deliver accurate and timely reporting. The candidate will play a critical role in maintaining operational integrity while contributing to efficient middle office processes.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Investor Onboarding - Support the investor onboardingprocess, including liaising with investors and relevant parties to ensure allKYC and supporting documentation are collected promptly, complete, and in linewith compliance requirements.
• Fund Operations Support - Assist in core fund operations,including NAV review, cash control processes, governance procedures, andsupporting the investment process and ongoing investment monitoring.
• Service Provider Coordination - Liaise with external providers,including legal counsel, tax advisors, fund administrators, valuers, andauditors, to facilitate smooth fund operations and ensure compliance withregulatory requirements.
• Issue Management & Escalation - Act as a point of escalation forfund-related issues, coordinating with the licensed fund manager and/or funddirectors to obtain necessary approvals and ensure timely resolution.
• Ad Hoc Support - Provide support on additionaladministrative, operational, and reporting tasks as required by the funddirectors.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of financial markets and financial products
• Good knowledge of accounting and understanding of financial statements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Fresh graduate or candidates with no direct experience are welcomed to apply
