Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Store Manager in driving store sales, profitability and overall operational performance.
• Lead and motivate the store team to deliver an excellent customer shopping experience and achieve sales targets.
• Monitor store performance, retail KPIs and sales data, taking action to improve sales, productivity and efficiency.
• Manage day-to-day store operations including stock management, replenishment, visual merchandising, inventory and loss prevention.
• Ensure the store consistently maintains brand, product and service standards.
• Coach and develop team members through training, feedback and on-the-job guidance to maximise performance.
• Manage controllable operating expenses and ensure operations remain within the agreed budget.
• Work closely with the Store Manager and District Manager, providing updates, feedback and supporting the implementation of business initiatives.
• Take full responsibility for the store in the absence of the Store Manager.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of retail store management experience, preferably as a Supervisor, Assistant Store Manager or Store-in-Charge.
• Experience in Sports, Fashion, Footwear, Apparel or FMCG retail is preferred.
• Strong sales and commercial acumen, with experience managing retail KPIs and store performance.
• Excellent leadership, communication and people management skills.
• Customer-focused, proactive and hands-on with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment and leading a team towards sales targets.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
