Job Responsibilities
Provide sales and marketing support to the Sales Team for new products and services.
Assist in preparing quotations and other sales-related documents for customers.
Follow up on ongoing projects and coordinate with relevant internal teams.
Process project orders, including issuing invoices and delivery orders.
Check, monitor and maintain inventory levels to support order fulfilment.
Liaise with customers regarding orders, delivery schedules and arrangements.
Coordinate with the Operations Team to ensure timely delivery of orders.
Handle purchasing and procurement activities related to customer orders.
Perform other ad-hoc administrative and operational duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level, ‘A’ Level or Diploma, preferably in Engineering or a related discipline.
1–2 years of relevant working experience in sales support, sales administration, order processing or a related role.
Independent, well-organised and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Meticulous, detail-oriented and a fast learner.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
Experience with SAGE, ACCPAC, KingDee, Xero, QuickBooks or MYOB will be an added advantage.
Candidates with relevant experience in sales coordination, order processing, purchasing or project administration are encouraged to apply.
